E.K.V.A. & ITALIAN ART NOW is the second hosting project of Sixty29 Contemporary and will present two exhibitions with selected works created by two generations of Italian artists.
In the exhibition area will host E.K.V.A. – featuring the works of historical artist of the Kinetic Movement from the 1970 to the present, such as Alberto Biasi, Franco Costalonga, Jorrit Tornquist, Toni Costa, Getulio Alviani, Piero Dorazio, Achille Perilli and Marcello Morandini.
The second exhibit ITALIAN ART NOW will be held in the studio area and will feature a selection of contemporary Italian art from artists Marco Abbamondi, Vanni Cuoghi, Dado Schapira, Max Coppeta, TTOZOI, Amedeo Sanzone and hosting artist Carlo Marcucci.
Nello spazio principale E.K.V.A presenta opere di artisti storici del movimento cinetico / visuale Italiano dagli anni ’70 ad oggi di artisti quali Alberto Biasi, Franco Costalonga, Jorrit Torniquist, Toni Costa, Getulio Alviani, Piero Dorazio, Achille Perilli and Marcello Morandini.
Nella project room e studio una ulteriore esposizione presenta una selezione di opere di artisti contemporanei come Marco Abbamondi, Vanni Cuoghi, Dado Schapira, Max Coppeta, TTOZOI, Amedeo Sanzone e dell’artista ospitante Carlo Marcucci.

European Kinetic Visual Art & Young Italian Artists exhibitions at Sixty29 Contemporary
A video featuring Sixty29 Contemporary’s second hosting project “European Kinetic Visual Art & Young Italian Artists” – two concurrent exhibitions held in Culver City in October 2013. These exhibitions present selected works created by two generations of European artists.
The “E.K.V.A.” features the works of historical artist of the European Kinetic Movement from the 1970 to the present, (selected from the Penna art collection) such as Alberto Biasi, Franco Costalonga, Marcello Morandini, Jorrit Tornquist, Toni Costa, Mario Nigro, Terry Haggerty, Dario Perez Flores, Getulio Alviani, Piero Dorazio & Achille Perilli.
The second “Young Italian Artists” exhibit features contemporary works from artists Marco Abbamondi, Vanni Cuoghi, Max Coppeta, TTOZOI, Amedeo Sanzone, Alice Colombo, Dado Schapira & Carlo Marcucci.
